Job Description

  • Prepare financial and progress reports and communicate information to relevant staff members
  • Create monthly progress reports and communicate results to the team and track milestones delivery
  • Handling multiple AMC and WBT projects simultaneously
  • Responsible for documentation preparation (using MS Word and MS PowerPoint) and review
  • Monitoring daily progress of project workflow through organized scrum calls with respective teams
  • Providing detailed updates to project managers
  • Organizing reports, contracts, and invoices for easy access
  • Providing detailed progress updates of the project to the client through weekly scrum calls
  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Analyze risks and opportunities to remove blockades from project workflow

Skills

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

Experience & Qualification

  • Post-Graduation in Management or any other technical field
  • Graduation in Management or any other technical field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
