The client offers holiday packages with customized itineraries designed for both domestic and international trips. They already have an established website that is renowned in the UAE market. The company offers leisure travel and luxury corporate services, with a good market reputation for client satisfaction.

Client Challenge:

The client found that they are losing customers due to a lack of App-based services. This has caused a decrease in revenue. Their data analysts reviewed their customer journey map and found that over three years, they have lost 10% of potential customers. This higher attrition rate is due to the lack of Application-based services, as evident from the reviews, remarks, and feedback of the customers. It was also becoming a headache for the client to control and manage daily work operations. With a mobile App, they wanted to decrease in-person interactions and make the job easier for their employees, thereby, saving time and boosting productivity.

They contacted Brainium to design and develop an end-to-end traveling App that can make the travel experience hassle-free for the customers.
