Life – Time Support
We take care of you even after the project is delivered and signed off.
We have a ‘Life-Time Support’ policy which is absolutely Free.
How Does It Work?
1) Once the project is signed off, you are introduced to our customer relationship manager. He will be in touch with you on a regular basis. We reach out to you every month asking about the health of your project.
2) You can contact your relationship manager in relation to any issues or bugs. He/She will make sure that you get quick support from the technical team. We are committed to resolving your issues at the earliest. We respond within 12 hours.
Conditions for Life-Time Support:
1) Life-time support is applicable to a Fixed Cost Project which is being developed by us from scratch.
2) Life-time support is NOT applicable when any third-party developer has changed the code.
3) Life-time support is NOT applicable to any changes made by third-party APIs or applications integrated with your application.
4) Life-time support is NOT applicable for software updates.
What happens after submitting the inquiry form?
- One of our team members will get in touch with you within 16 hours(Except Holidays)
- We contact you through email first and we communicate later as per your choice of communication channels
- All data submitted by you is never shared with others. You can always ask for NDA
