Just in case you are not satisfied with the assigned resources, we will replace him with another resource within 3 working days.
What happens if a particular resource is unavailable for the days or times they are scheduled to work with me?

How often will I be charged? How are payments and invoices handled?
You will only be charged when your purchased time block is over. Invoices are generated only when you wish to purchase a new hourly block.
How shall I manage/connect with the resources?
You can manage the resources using our Project Management System and you can communicate with them via Skype, Phone, or WhatsApp.
How will you provide support with respect to my time zone?
Work will be done in the IST time zone. However, if you wish to communicate with a resource in your time zone, they will try to make themselves available.

How do you ensure the quality of the resources?

Are these resources freelancers or contractors?
No. All resources are full-time employees of Brainium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. All employees are bound by an agreement to follow the company's policies regarding Intellectual Property, Security, Code of Conduct, and any other aspects that may affect your work. All resources employed are Engineering graduates from reputed universities in India.
What is Part-time Hiring?
This model is same as full-time hiring but here the resource is allocated for 80 hrs in a month (4 Hours per day. Here is how it works:Each assigned individual works for you for 20 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 80 hours of production. All project management control lies with you. The communication between yourself and the resource(s) can be handled through Email, Chat and Phone. The work is carried on between 10 AM - 7 PM (Mon - Fri) at our development centre in India. The invoice is sent to you at 30 days interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month. The bill is reduced proportionately if the number of work days is less than 20 during any given month. No deduction is made if the resource has delivered 80 hours in any given month.
How do I test your services?
The best way to test our service is to hire a resource for 80 hours.
What is the work experience of the resource(s) assigned?
Assigned resource(s) will have a minimum experience of 3 Years.
What methods of Payments do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Credit Card.
What happens when the resource leaves your organization?
We have a policy of 45 days notice period and in that time, we will do all the knowledge transfer and provide a replacement. Moreover, the project manager at our end will ensure that your work is not affected by such activities.

What is Full-time Hiring?
Using this model, you can hire our resource(s) at fixed monthly costs and treat them as your extended remote workforce. They are managed directly by you or the project manager at your end and ensure maximum efficiency, cost savings, and control over the operations. Here is how it works:
- Each assigned individual works for you for 20 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 160 hours of production.
- All project management control lies with you.
- The communication between yourself and the resource(s) can be handled through Email, Chat, and Phone.
- The work is carried on between 10 AM - 7 PM (Mon - Fri) at our development center in India.
- The invoice is sent to you at 30 days intervals.
- Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month.
- The bill is reduced proportionately if the number of work days is less than 20 during any given month.
- If the number of work days is more than 20 for any given month then the billing remains the same i.e. if you get 23 work days between 1 - 31 of any month then you enjoy the remaining 3 days totally free of all costs.
- No deduction is made if the resource has delivered 160 hours in any given month.

What are my rights regarding Intellectual Property?
