To be competitive in the travel sector, the client gives its customers highly affordable prices, hassle-free booking, and tempting offers. This needs a thorough understanding of the mindset of its customers, as well as effective and flawless operations. Because of the client's focus on these two crucial business concerns, new solutions were required to keep ahead of the competition.
To better engage its customers through tailored offers and campaigns, the client required a 360-degree perspective of their online behavior.
