The client is a renowned supplier of pharmaceuticals in Dubai. With increased demand, the company needed to be able to provide stock control for the click-and-collect portion of the business more efficiently. They were also concerned with integrating financial outcomes and previous stock positions. This would allow for a better knowledge of client data and the possibility of increased revenue.

The client contacted Brainium to improve their business efficiency. We designed and deployed new clustered SAP HANA platforms, thereby offering them a disaster recovery solution.

Because of the SAP products chosen, SAP HANA systems for the back-end database were in high demand. Each system was sophisticated because it was large enough to need the use of a scale-out cluster.

Neither the outsourcing partner nor the local support team has the necessary capabilities to develop or run the SAP HANA infrastructure. Each system demanded a high level of resilience and business continuity, while also serving as a critical component of corporate success.

Brainium created and implemented new clustered SAP HANA platforms with replicated disaster recovery. Building on this, we provided additional skills and tools to existing teams to assist in managing capacity, performance, and availability across the service lifecycle. Brainium provides SAP HANA expert support.

The customer-facing applications that were supported, monitored, and optimized were business-critical. These are complicated, frequently extremely busy applications that demand sub-second response times to provide the highest level of client satisfaction.
