Streamlining Inventory Management

We wanted to improve inventory visibility and management across multiple channels, including physical stores and the eCommerce platform. The easiest way to achieve this goal was to implement Odoo Inventory which would give our client a single source of truth for stock levels.

Automating Order Fulfillment

Our second objective was to help our client reduce the time spent manually processing orders and tracking shipments. For this, our solution was to implement Odoo Sales which would automate key aspects of the order processing stages.

Improving Customer Relationships

Since our client didn’t have a centralized system from which they could track customer data, they could not provide customers with personalized experiences. That’s why one of our goals was to integrate Odoo CRM to capture and analyze customer data.

Integrating eCommerce with Operations

Our client’s online store was separated from their back-end systems, which led to inventory inconsistencies and order delays. Solving this required us to integrate Odoo Commerce with the inventory and sales systems to provide a unified solution.
