Officially this story is just over 3 years old but actually its close to 7 years. Confused? Let me clarify. We started our web design & development firm as AMS Technologies in October 2009. It was a sluggish start at the beginning as happens with majority of Start-Ups but slowly and steadily our revenues started increasing. Early 2013, with employee strength almost closing in on 100 we decided to turn our partnership firm into a Private Limited Company. As per the Government procedures, we filed for Company status. We were asked to provide 3 different names for our company. We found out that AMS Technologies Private Limited was already a registered company hence we won’t be able to get that name. Hence we came up with these 3 names:

1. AMSTECH Solutions Private Limited
2. Brainium Information Technologies Private Limited
3. i3 Technologies Private Limited

We hoped that the first name clicks because that would mean continuity for all our stakeholders, specially our existing customers. But, unfortunately, we could not get that name and the ROC gave us the business license for Brainium and thats how Brainium was formed on 21st March 2013.

Everything remained same but the name of the company changed. This meant that we had tell all our existing clients about this change so that all old contracts can be reframed. All our existing employees got new appointment letters. This process took us more than 1 year and only from Financial Year 2015-16, we did extensive business under the Brainium banner.

Currently its all smooth and we all are under 1 banner, Brainium.

In 2009 when we first ventured out our service line only had web design and web development but today we are providing end to end solutions under one umbrella. Our service line includes:

4. Internet Marketing (Through our Sister concern, High Position)
